Nothing much in the radiance town it is name only town but u go inside u will feel village better than radiance town no one is intrested to sell their products they came for sitting in the shop only u will see this on the ground floor some shops.

Small market complex. One or two restaurant. Good number of shops are vacant. Parking issue. Bank and one Govt office is there. Not a cleanly maintained place. Lift rarely works.

It is residential cum commercial building.. There are varities of store like energy store, gift shop, restaurant etc and also bank of baroda.. Parking is congested mainly on foothpath, and other shops are vacant, located in main arya nagar chouraha area overall fine
