But the builder has not ensured Quality as committed. As per the broucher , the Builder has to provide Standard Make of lift. But provided Assembled unit, which is not sufficient to cater for 24 Flats/Residents. Also the lift is not provided with essential Safety devices viz ARD(Automatic rescue Device) & OSG (Over Speed Governor), which seems to be unsafe.
