Lifestyle near Malakpet ,staff are too mean .especially in the cosmetics. They treat like we are thief and Unworthy to buy, Disgusting spoiled my Day .would never like to visit again ...

Very disappointing experience as the staff doesn’t even know to do gift wrappings. They have made me wait for 1hour saying they will get gift wrapping material and got the billing done. Then later made me wait for 45mins to just gift wrap. This is utter unprofessional behaviour. Will never visit this place ever again!!!

You can shop in both floors but for billing you have to go to the other floor as they say server issue for billing instead of saying no staff….

I am a regular customer to lifestyle. But when I came to exchange my pant, the lady at the counter was very arrogant and a bit rude, pretending as if she is the owner of the store. Please look into it and although,most of the staff are very good. Surprisingly, only she is rude

Worst behavior.. after closing time.. they're not entry to take things.. looks they won't need customers..

Disgusting service of lifestyle. Received a defective product and when I try to return it, there is no refund policy at all. Well purchase should be made by cash or card, but no refund policy. Interesting, actually disgusting.
Will tell you what I was given as option, a credit slip which I can use at any lifestyle, but not online purchase of lifestyle, no message of the exchange or a soft copy of the credit. Only the slip and it’s valid until 90 days. What if the print on the slip goes off, or lost the slip.
Ultimately customer is the only loser and lifestyle store is always a gainer.
It would be a lot better even if we get those into lifestyle account credit, which we can use either online or store.

A very dissatisfied experience with lifestyle which made me not to shop at lifestyle again, and won’t be recommending this place to anyone to shop. There are many other stores available. A store like lifestyle needs a lot of improvements. They need to value the customer and their money.
