CMR Family Mall.

I particularly loved CMR Shopping mall, the crew members, the management, their hospitality and behaviour towards treating their fellow customers. Also the mall is maintained very clean. There are many offers to choose. The crew never hesitates of showing as many items till we get the satisfied one. The management is responsible towards customers requirements and needs.

This is one of my favourite shopping malls- clothing and quite a few other related items and accessories. 15 years ago, I bought a gold chain for my would be wife here and the clothes I have been buying has no number that I can assign. One of the best choices for me for purchases. Recently visited again to buy beds, pillows etc for my newborn and was happy to get all that I wanted. The staff has always been polite, supportive and patient.

Collection is good. We went for bridal sarees. Staff are so patience and showing many varieties based on your preference and range.

Very good shop to shop for family functions and festivals. They made easy exchanges when you return the product. Also staff and service are all awesome. Over all awesome experience shopping in CMR

I’m not from Hyderabad but visited this branch for my shopping. Customer service was extremely helpful and I managed to buy what is needed from the store. Particularly the lady helped me a lot at lingerie section. All together I totally recommend the visit

Highly crowded on Sundays, space is not sufficient to accommodate such a large number. The billing & delivery section have scope to improve. It takes more time for payment & subsequently delivery.

In gold and silver section Staff should be more responsible,they are showing attitude on the customers , actually it's my first visit in secunderabad,i think it's not a good experience ,not all the staff but some are like that.But any way i am the oldest customer of CMR , we purchased a lot in our entire family occasions from three generations.Its first time bad experience in this CMR patny centre.
