New chocolate Factory Outlet

I had visited this place on a Saturday and had bought 1kg of chocolate tea, but instead they had given me 750gm of coffee. I called them on Sunday as I noticed the exchange and when I informed them they asked me to send the coffee packets and said that as it was their mistake they would send me an extra packet. I sent the courier on Monday a(2 days from the date of purchase) and asked them to send the same from there. They sent courier on Tuesday and I didn't receive any courier (courier tracking didn't work ) till Thursday. On Thursday when I call them, they asked me to get to the courier office and asked me to get the consignment from there. I mean such unprofessionalism isn't expected from any retail outlet. At the end of day, I don't have the product I wanted and I have incurred extra courier charges to return the wrongly sent coffee.

I bought some niligiri medicine and chocolate but I forgot medicine there taking chocolate. After a day I realised that I have forgotten medicine if shop. After I contacted them with number available on map, then they agreed to send refund. Thanks to Mr Sanju.

Not sure about chocolates. But the ooty varkey here was awesome. Specially the layered squared once has ultimate taste. Must try.

Chocolate 🍫 and tea coffee ☕ powder are good in taste and quality. But Spices are priced high.

Variety of chocolates at one place and other stuffs too. You'll get all range of chocolates here. Never missed this place. You have Wax museum next to it.

This place has multi verity of chocolates available and other things like dry fruits, wines etc.
It has enough amount of parking space outside.

Chocolates are fresh and good in taste must gisit place. Varetity of chocolates are available, dryfruits nuts spices coffe powder and gift items. So polite less crowded place. Kindly avoid buying chocolate from any other places as this place strongly suggested by locals. Next to this shop we have hotel and cosmetics,clothing stores. So u can get almost all here parking free. The road might have been busy, notvthe spot.
