They cheat their customers and don't value them.. I used to buy all groceries and other stuffs in this shop until they were not willing to provide exchange for a faulty mosquito bat.. Initially, they told the bat had a warranty up to 6 months.. but, when it got some problem and went to claim.. they told it has only 3 months warranty and the manager/ supervisor striked off the warranty months and re-wrote it to 3 months.. How can one do that? You cannot grow your business if you cheat your customers..

Female young staffs are very rude i am not sure why and they should not b asking customers what do u want mam in a louder tone when they dont know the product because they dont understand english not my problem atleast talk with courtesy as a customer i expect and demand respect...
