The service is good and the shop has a lot of variety of cycles. They have a game zone at the back. Satisfied

I went on shop for Minor repair of my bicycle. But owner told it will take 24 hours .they charge me for repair of my bicycle 5 times which is too costly. They had taking with me in very rough language and behavior was very rude.they have no respect about defence personal.plz don't visit this shop 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Worst experience. They treat you very respectfully only when buying a new one. After that when go for service or repair and buying other accessories they treat very rude. And also accessories are also too costly.so, Plz don't visit this shop.

This is one hell place where they loot your money with cheap items in their product. Staffs behave in very rude manner and non responsive. For a good product and respectable customer service do not visit this shop.

Honest Review:
Shop is good but cycle service is very worst, mechanic won't listen your problem properly, if you go for the cycle service then additional problem will be added in the cycle and mechanic will not respond properly.

The owner is soft spoken but the staff is pathetic. I reached there on my cycle from 10 km away and the staff tells me to come after one hour. When I reached after sometime again I waited for the mechanic to start my work for another 20 mins. The mechanic was busy chit chatting in the nearby shop. One star that I have given is for the owner only. Only the shop is big. The minds are narrow and do not care about the service. The only aim of this shop is sales and no service.

Only money minded rather than servicing. Support wheels I asked for them for bicycle training of my son, new bicycle purchased today with support wheels. But support wheels are in bad condition. So training is waste, totally service is bad here...
