We went to the store on the first day it was open.
amazing store in Madurai,
Everything from A to Z is available in one location.
The price is also reasonable; I checked online and found the same price for electronics and branded items.
Some of the floor work is being done; once completed, it will look fantastic.

Work-in-progress shop opened in a hurry. You'll find drilling, tinkering, pasting work happening all over.

Regarding valet parking, the entire system needs proper structuring or else it will be the reason for mismanagement and traffic jams. The car collection has to be done at the entrance, instead it's done after crossing tens of meters causing all to walk from there(no instructions given).

Car collection took 35 minutes due to a software glitch, as mentioned by the person attending.

If you are in a hurry, don't give car to be parked there, rather park it in open, in the location adjacent to the shop(they provide there too).

In my opinion, the entry and exit points have to be swapped as all vehicles take U turn near MMHRC and advance, vehicles moving out and vehicles coming in cause chaos owing to the direction issue (X).

The varieties and pricing of all household goods look promising and reasonable. Let's see how long they cling on to this strategy.

Madurai people see this as an entertainment spot rather than a shopping spot!

The biggest shopping complex ever built in madurai city. Lacated very near to mattuthavani bus stand. Much easir to access. Has every required materials. Also there were a lot of collections in anything required.

Huge name but worst service. They’ve got to train their staff to be polite. Crowd management was in chaos. Being from another city, better city and more malls, I know that this store is horribly mismanaged. We were pushed and spoken rudely to by the staff and treated as if they were doing us a favour by showing articles and even the cashier area was horribly managed. How does the crowd of thousands walk from a single alley? And top of it the staff broke our object and put broken article in our bags that we had paid for. We are from an outstation city and can not claim or return and knowing the staff is so unversed with customer service or support, I don’t think they care. The worst place ever and worst experience with staff. If only I could give them -50 points. The security was so rude. Pull up your socks Management…
I received a reply a usual lip service which means nothing considering they didn’t even once ask me about what broken items were handed over. Albeit the PR team were happy for themselves.

Last week, We went to the super saravana stores near maatuthavani bus stand madurai.
I was really excited when I saw the new inauguration related things like the kerela band, karakaattam and so on.
It was a really very grand celebration and also there were so many crowds. People keep coming at that time of evening.
I visited only the first four floors here.
The interiors and exterior look are almost similar to the branch which is in Chennai.
I'm happy with collections and the price is also moderate.

I really need to share this information.
I went here with ideas of buying all things for my new home shifting . But as I stepped inside, i found all the products and materials being very low in quality . We were completely disappointed and returned with empty hands without buying any. They have 10 floors of different categories of items. All clothings and shoes have brands with Skechers,Adidas,puma but i find it's all not genuine original product. Vessels and utensils are so low in quality and not strong and sturdy.

Heavy traffic🚧🚦 No🚫 place for car parking during sat and sun. Ppl who have bikes are kept on road side. So cant move properly while driving Car🚗
No proper staff to show the things.
Really waste.. They try to imitate Chennais branch but they failed👎
No proper arrangements for toilet, cash counter.. Not many seats for ppl sitting💺 Simply waste🤐 Got such a bad experience..

Best place in madurai to buy all kinds of home groceries.. dress, shoes and home appliances are good.. supermarket is bit average
