Nice place to spend 5-6 hours with family especially kids. Lots of rides to opt for with exaggerated prizes. Minimum prize for a simple ride is ₹50. Huge shopping and eating stalls to halt.
Find special busses from chennai central to trade fair(₹10) especially in the evening. Also, all busses to annasquare has been extended to trade fair. Last service is reportedly 9.50 pm. Avoid this place on weekends. Early in and early out is recommended. Please hold onto ur kids firmly amidst crowds.
Food stalls are plenty but expensive again. Be ready to spend at least ₹1000 for a family of four. The exhibits features the schemes and policies w.r.t present government. Each exhibit belong to one govt. Dept.

45th Tamilnadu Trade Fair is the best entertainment venue in Chennai compared to other Malls entertainment place. Usually, it will be crowded on Weekend and Public Holidays and less crowded on Weekdays. Very easily accessible location and Government buses available from all places of Chennai. Safe and Security precautions have been implemented. Plenty of car parking facilities available.

Very good and well organised place. Lots of shops and games. Fire extinguishers and policemen are plenty around for safety. Emergency exits. Restroom availability and good drinking water facility. Over all a perfect place for u and ur family to hang out with.

We Visited This "Kodai Kondattam" Trade Fair Exhibition. The Pros is It's An Excellent Fun Place for Kids. Many Options To Play With. Kids Can Really Enjoy Their Time Spending with Big wheel and another adventuros things.
Cons: Don't Know Why, There were only a few shops. Many Eatable Shops, As Well You Can Enjoy Dehli Appalam😋.
I can't even tell you to visit or Not. But If You Have Kids, Take Them Here and Have Fun. ✌️👍

No proper sign boards inside. Located on the banks of coovam in a very unhygienic and stinky place. No proper crowd management. Low quality games inside charging high price for entering inside each activity. Games are rusty and old. Restrooms are not maintained well. Try to visit after 5PM as it is hot inside and you have to walk around a lot. Parking fees is collected but need to improve on the managing it.
