Every staff’s at billing center standing idle… only 2 systems were working out of 7… worst experience here… everyone is waiting so long in the queue, but no one took action to clear the queue in the billing center #Lifestyle should take necessary actions

This is to congratulate Shaafi the customer-service rep at the Lifestyle store in Express Avenue, Royapettah, Chennai. Shaafi is one of the best customer-care reps there. He gave us individual attention when we wanted to purchase some clothes. When we had some issues that we had to resolve he first took care to understand our problem, then offered a wide range of solutions so we were able to decide the best option for ourselves. I went to buy some enamor lingerie to lifestyle express avenue,the pattern I was looking for was not available then randomly i just saw if it was available online to my shock it was available at 20% discount in the enamor official website.Also more patterns were available which are not available in the enamor store also.I think Lifestyle is trying to cheat gullible customers hereafter never goin to buy anything from Lifestyle.

Very bad experience. Behaviour of a northeast security girl was so arogant that she was throwing the selected clothes on us while we wanted to use the trail room. Decided not to go lifestyle store anymore.
