It's not well taken care of.
Elevators are out of order.

Aadhar office don't have proper arrangements for the persons who are waiting outside.
However one may find photostudios, Xerox centres and emitra kind of facilities inside the mall that helps people who visit to passport office and aadhar office.

good office spaces . visited for bank work . cleanliness was good , regular cleaning being done, toilets were clean and well attended .
Parking is bit congested and expensive with 20 INR per hour .on top of that parking employees calculation are also trying to overcharge and write wrong time on slip if you dont pay attention

I went here to get a passport, didn't have to wait too long, applied quickly

This place is so much useful for all your government related documents like Passport, Aadhar, etc. at same one place. You don't need to go anywhere.

You will find Passport office , some bank Zonal Office here and other types of related offices.
No proper Parking System here. Most People need to come here because of Passport, but the Parking System for way in and way out of cars is pathetic. No management, parking person focus only on collecting money.

Government should take necessary steps to solve the problem of a common men, rather than closing the eyes

A mall that have many business offices like PSK , AADHAR etc.

Regional Passport Office, Adahar Seva Kendra, Canara Bank, UCO Bank, Union Bank and other important offices are situated in this building. Elevator is not working here, there is paid parking but no one is taking care even people are parking vehicles anywhere. Be careful while parking you can stuck here. Parking guy is just collecting money at entrance.
