I am happy that Ss mart has finally opened in Talcher with home delivery facilities. Very cooperative staffs and I had a good experience with them. I wanted to give surprise to my parents, I did video call and the staff had walked me through the complete shop , shopped on behalf of me as per my choice and that’s how I successfully placed my orders. As soon I paid the bill through online they delivered the item to my parents place. More varieties to be added in dairy products and juices. Thank you for all the help.

Nice place to get groceries for the family... Except vegetables and fruits.. nearly every household thing you could get here... 😀😋
Nicely organised mall.. always full of staffs cleaning and arranging things...
The last thing is... The checking out is a bit slow.. as there's only one working check out point... So I would recommend that they start working the other points too.. 😉

My experience was so unhappy bcoz one of the girl who is sitting on the last cash counter don't know how to behave the customer.Her behavior was so ridiculous and unmannered unless the store was outstanding. Thanks

This is a shopping mall which charge high for carry bags. Charging high for carry bags amounts to superfluous profiteering by such shopping malls. A normal carry bag which costs Rs 1.60 but here SS MART charges Rs 5 for the same which leads to profit of Rs 3.40 per bag. If 1000 customers (per day) take this bag then SS MART will earn 3400 per day and 12,41,000 yearly. This is unjustified with customers.

In the cash memo cost of carry bag mentioned Rs 4 but charge Rs 5 in total. Carry bag is listed as a product in cash memo. If SS MART wants earn profit from carry bag then it should sell it like other products. Charging high in the name of carry bag is not acceptable at all. My request to all customers kindly do not pay extra for carry bag. My humble request to SS MART please do not charge huge for carry bags. Thank You.

I bought Peanut and Chiwda that were loosely packed. After we cooked a food and tasted them, all of them smelled as if some medicine is added in it. Loose packetted food products are not at all good in here. Always buy an industry manufactured Product from here...
