SS THE MART

The only big supermarket of Angul. Well stocked of variety of items. But the place is always crowded especially in the holidays.You may have to stand and wait for more than hour at the cash counter to get your job done. Staffs are also not very supportive.

Owner is one of the worst persons you'll ever come across. Employees don't have idea about products, forget about manners. Other places may not provide discount but they know how to behave with customers which should be the priority for any shop. These types of shops should be shut down as most of the products are old stock and one needs to check properly the expiry and manufacturing date.

Lack of manners, old stock products, inefficiency of the staff..the list doesn't end. Owner's attitude is the worst among all. He's one hell of a rude person you'll ever come across. He doesn't even knows how to speak to his employees, forget about customers. Customers need to be aware and check the expiry date before purchasing or else will have one the worst times of their life while returning or exchanging the products. Last but not the least, these people don't do the billing of items properly. In name of discount, they sometimes overcharge.

Rates of Groceries are quite high..
However it do have a collection of items.
The shop is good as long as you want to purchase special and packed items. For rest it's actually making a hole in your pocket. The packet local shop made items are also of very bad quality. You will find the those items with loads of medicinal taste such as in Cheeda and Peanut which I have to return back.

Very very poor service
Very poor behaviour, owner's behaviour is worst among all.
We all knows that in sales department customers are god but they behave like road side beggars.
I personally showed they shouted on customer.

1) Inefficient: The area in this region is not used to super markets, hence the personnel managing this store are not aware of how to provide a good customer experience. The billing is delayed, they do not accept major credit cards, etc.
2) Variety: They do not stock a variety of goods, ever for basic goods, they only stock few variants.
3) Untrained Staff: The staff managing the store are unaware of the details of the products stocked here, Hence you are unlikely to get a proper response if you ask a query regarding any of the product.

Overall, they could leverage the opportunity of being the only super market within miles, they are failing to attract customers due to lack of basic necessaties.

Good start-up as a super market. Smaller one. Provide offer for long term customers. Interior is average. We can expect 60 to 90% of your required items will be available there. Pricing is standard. Staff are ok. Moderate Crowded. Billing duration is ok.
