Empress Mall

Poor mall. More than 50%shops are closed. Rest have poor quality goods and apparels. Only face saving shop is Reliance Jio mart which have some kind of ac operating as well. Others don't have working ac. Can't imagine such a big mall in this state of affairs. Better think elsewhere to get the ambience of a shopping mall.

Today I got very disappointed when I visit empress mall ,
I just imagine in mind before reach that according the Nagpur city it will awesome but got disappointed,
In inside of mall rain water is spreading from roof,
Many shops are blank
Less shops available
Looks condition from front side also not effective,
Another thing In this condition parking facilities available but paid :- ₹50

Good food. Responsive staff. Great ambiance.
Ate vegetarian sizzler, spinach momos, and vada pav. The variety of food is great and a must-visit place if you want to explore authetic Indian food made in a hygienic condition.

It is touted as the biggest mall of Nagpur, but the mall is in need of maintenance. Half the floors are not functional & the ones functional are also in need of repair. The most common shop you will find there is a saloon.

It is best that you give it a miss

No maintenance. All the escalators not working and half of them were even broken. Most of the shutters were closed on weekend. Its only running coz of movie theater and smart point super market.

Was a very pleasant place to visit early daily.. Nowadays the maintenance is very bad ... Especially the parking lot, water everywhere and also cracks of roads... Also now the crowd also is very low ....

Pls😬 work on maintenance let the mall look
Pretty attractive and exploring 🤩...
So that the crowd coming here should experience there best time here but the old look of mall going everything against and no gaining our attraction ...
Still i would had a nice experience at the end...

Old construction, not hygiene, even toilet was not properly maintained.
Escalator not working.
In food section only one restaurant working where food is good but after taking meal we went for washing hands and water not available in basin.
Hope management will look into the matter and maintained all of things.

This mall has seen better days. It was disappointing to see the mall with almost all stores closed due to the after effects of COVID. Hopefully it will regain its status.
