I would call as mini eatery complex since 1) From J.D Fresh you can buy vegetables, 2) Have snacks items in Take away sort of outlet called "Onam". 3) Sandwich Corner, 4) there is Real Estate office as well.5) Ice cream shop 6) flower shop 7) Mahalaxmi Sweet and Farsan shop
Take away options are also available for eatery joints.
Rates are reasonable and you can spend around 1-2 hours.
There is not much sitting area , few shops have put their countable individual chairs .
Parking is on the main road at owners risks, Watch out for the Parking boards installed on the road.

Thane developing more fast and here you can see. Ample space for flats but costly. Nearby McDonald's and cheng's and various other fast food available. Quiet environment at night.
