KPCT mall

This place could have turned into a great commercial hotspot but thanks to the builder, this place is ruined. They have not been able to maintain the place at all. Please be careful while buying any under construction project. Builders promise the sun, but do not even offer a candle.

The place is not clean at all, there are some shops and some start up companies but you will see very less crowd coming there.
Walls are literally red because of gutkha or paan eaters spits. Really A disgusting feeling. No parking space available outside the mall.
Over all not a good place to visit unless you need to go there for something urgent.

It is a mall with maximum office space rather than shops. There is a Vishal mega shop & one hair cutting saloon but mostly small offices. The ground floor is very spacious. However the Vishal mega mart looks very dull. The stock is good mainly daily use items.
There is a Reliance mega mart just beside this mall.

This one of the commercial place in Pune. There are around 350+ officees doing their business. KPCT mall is famouse place in Fatima Nagar in Pune. Even my office is also in KPCT mall office no 315 by name of Midlime Info system PVT. Ltd.
Used to be a nice place at one time. Located near Fatimanagar. It's just a run down place now.

Best location, offices available for Doctors, CA's, Advocate, I T, Classes, Restaurants, Open Cafe/Restaurant, Doctors etc.

Its very cheap and feeling dirty being there 🤮 walls are cracked , fishy smell

These mall have 3 wings but not in good condition.
