This shopping area is very new and prime,it is near by Bus stand in Chhatarpur (M.P.), they have developed it in modern way and theme wise it looks similar to European shopping Street, road are pretty wide, as if they have quite a few clothing brands outlets, some food joints, tea / coffee ice cream parlour, Indian Coffee House (ICH).
It is very posh area one can compare with any big cities of M.P. (Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Gwalior)
