Located near twon bus stand. Infrastructure is bit old. Road and premise flooring is full of gutters. Need a renovation ASAP. Only advantage is parking space.

Nice place...but little crowded, lots of shops ond offices are running there

Was not up to the mark , it consists of MY G showroom in the ground floor.

It's near by palakkad town bus stand so everybody can reach out easily. And of course there is a lot of parking space don't have the rush to park like every town complex.A little unheigenic on the outside look but very clean inside all the shops and offices.
