Gold Souk Grande Mall

Gold Souk is no more
All shops closed except KFC and Chicking!
Was one of the first new generation malls in Kochi! Don't know why it is in this condition.

Place is not well maintained.
Almost like a building with no life.
People not often come to the place.
We can see delivery boys coming to this place and taking the food packages for delivery.
Fast food service chains are the working businesses there seems like.
Escalators are not working.

One of the (almost) abandoned malls in Kochi. There are only a few shops working in it. Chicking and KFC are the noticeable outlets running there currently.

It is not a mall any more. It is more like a abandoned building with chicking and KFC stores working. Not at all maintained and they should put a sign saying enter at your own risk

The place is shut down and only a few stores remain running like the KFC.

Only with the last standing KFC outlet, the whole mall is abandoned. Almost feels post apocalyptic vibes inside 😶. It's eerie. Go check it out. I remember it was once the first proper 'mall' in Kerala and Kochi, golden and glorious. Full of cheering people, now the silence and emptiness is so deeply thought provoking as of the existential reality of things..!!

Just KFC and Chiking exists.

Rest is all Dead and it's a bit scary to walk towards Chiking just a small bulb in the hallway.

Feels like it's a lost cause for this Mall, cause it's only been holding on with KFC and Chicking..

Best mall I have ever seen, such relaxing atmosphere here
