ABAD Nucleus Mall

The mall is a bit far from the main parts of Kochi. Closest metro station currently is petta metro. The auto drivers would ask you 60 to 100rs to take you to the mall.
The mall has a reliance mart inside and some co-working spaces as well.
Even a food court is available, but the main highlight remains the multiplex theater.
That's where I believe most of the people come.
After lulu mall came most of the other malls went into a decline and abad is one of them.
Washrooms are neat and drinking water is available.

One of the oldest malls in kochi. It was a place to be few years back but now most of the shops are closed. Of the G+4 floors only the first two are 'almost' occupied, the rest, there's only few shops. There's a multiplex (Pan cinemas) on the top floor. There's a hall for small parties and all. A prayer room in top floor. Well that sums up. Yes parking is available inside the mall.

The movies starts at 2.35 and they only let you in at 2.30. That too people have to stand in queue for a long time to get inside the Multiplex. Very bad experience...

An average mall. Not too many options. It is fine if you have to do some grocery shopping or some other small purchases.
Not enough variety of shops. The place feels very un-lively compared to other malls.
The food court also isn't that great here

Reasonably good architecture and ambience. The parking costs Rs. 30 and on purchase of Rs. 900 from the Grocery shop at G-floor they will refund it(NB: you should ask for the refund before billing, only then they'll apply it as a discount in your bill).

Food court at the 3rd floor is not up to the mark. McDonalds at G-Floor is just above average. Clothing selection from Max at 1st floor is again okay.

To be frank not much shops are here, it's just a small Mall with 3 floors, the product selection is also poor from most shops.

Mall is good, fine. Went here for a movie. Theatre was nice, but the snack bar for the theatre was very expensive. Other than this, some branded shops are present in the mall. There's a food court and a small games area for kids.

Not a crowded mall. It have escalator and lift also . Aslo have much parking area. And have Symphony hall for wedding and parties. Playing area for kids . Good and clean place. Restaurants and cafeteria available inside.
