The workshop is most midmanaged.Customer loung is filthy smelling.One hour work takes about three hours.There is acute shortage of manpower hence most mismanaged unit.No spare parts are avaílable.Quality of service is very poor.If these issues are not addressed I shall take-up the issue with Shri Anand Mahindra.
