Silver Souk

Fraud guy. We bought silver gift for our wedding (Milnis). He assured that he will will take back the unused gifts. So we bought a few extra.
When we came back to return the items after the weddibg, he deducted almost 40% of what we paid. His behaviour was very rude. Very bad experience.

Cheats and frauds

Worst experience. We had placed an order for silver earrings one day before dhanteras and asked them to get gold polish done on them... when we bought the earrings their weight was 75gms and when we went to pick up our jewellery the weight was reduced to 42 grams.. when we confronted them they started giving weird explanations and later admitted that the earrings were filled with laakh, which was removed during plating.... they had never informed us about the laakh filling during purchase... ha we not checked we would have been fooled....

We found some good range of rings , bangles, bracelet & necklaces. Very good range of designs they have.This outlet is so authentic & staff is so well behaved, groomed & well mannered. Store is quite big enough & billing process is little slow. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance available here.
