Very nice and clean place it is a hub for all the food items pizza, burger, dabeli, vadapao, ice-cream every thing is available here.

Its the prime location as it is situated on the main road connecting to dhrangadhra-kutch highway...t.b.hospital and c.u.shah medical college is in the opposite of shivalik arcade...the students of medical college gets everything they need...like good foods,,grocery,,medicines,,there are many fast food stores here and a good family restaurant called "Goras"..u get 3 ice cream brands here i.e amul,,havmor & vadilal...new venue of juice is also going to start...an famous tea and snacks outlet is also here i.e "Tea post"...there is a gym also in this complex...so yes it is a multi outlets complex...which fulfils your daily needs..

it has a decent parking area lift is also available (not functional right now)

Very hevy rat and not good food

This complex has a medical store,Two or three grocery store, gyms, murlidhar icecream, shreeji bhojanalay, 4/5 snacks shop, hotel shiv, xerox shop.. overall you would get most of things if you are passing by
