Cheap disgusting people. I don't have words to describe their service. Their products are absolute garbage and I still haven't received my replacement product after 5 months. All the positive reviews are written by their own employees. You must be ashamed of yourself.

This is fraud company they cheat people by providing low quality product and after complain they behave rudly to customers ,i suggest u to no order to this clotoy is froud company , if need then catch other brands they offer good services and product but boycott clotoy stuff and its websites and 1 more and important thing to remember that the 5 star rating is not real they person are of clotoy employee understand it for future refrence

Hello Dear members just want to inform you about fraud going on by Sarthak Jain which is owner of Clotoy android music system, So I have ordered 1 colotoy player for Hyundai verna 2007 from this guy on 1st October and after that things got changed he is not sending me the player and after so many messages and calls he dispatched the same on 5th October and I received the same on 9th October. When I opened the box I noticed that cuplar of clotoy player is different from the car cuplar and 1 piece of frame hook is also missing so I immediately called him and sended him the images of the same but he said to contact there so called customer service and I contacted them they said me to send them the pics of cuplar and frame and I sended the same on 9th October. And till today 18th of October he is giving false commitments that coupler is diaptached, will disptach tomorrow etc My only motive for this message is that be aware about there customer service before any one of you order from clotoy. I am also enclosing pics of cuplar and damaged frame for your reference . Please stay away from this brand.

Such a fraud company never purchase products to this company. All are thief. Not a good manner to talk with people. Very bad service. Strongly recommend not buying anything.
