Meena Bazar

Very bad experience. I had gone to buy a lehnga for my daughter. Some of the store employees were insisting that the available lehnga which was very big shall be altered as per our requirement but we were doubtful. Even the tailor the store called upon also clearly said that this lehnga can not be altered as per our requirement. Therefore we asked for lehnga to be made on order and the store agreed for the same. Accordingly the store took the measurement and payment for lehnga. The lehnga when stitched was found not to be according to the size ordered, also the lehnga was so out of proportion that it was looking as if she is wearing someone else's lehnga. The store employees asked us it will be rectified and asked us to come the next day. The next day, earlier problem got solved but some new issue surfaced. The issues continued to crop up and at last after four attempts and our four visits to the store, we had to accept the lehnga as otherwise the function for which we had purchased the lehnga would have been missed. Though we had ordered a new lehnga and thought it will be fresh one but the lehnga we got was not a fresh one, it was altered from the same Large size lehnga (We found the Large size label on the lehnga) which we had earlier refused to accept. The store employees attitude and conduct was very unprofessional and we felt cheated.

Meena bazar has huge variety. I like it. They have shifted to jute or paper bags as well. I m liking it more then :)

It's always pleasure buying suits and sarees from.MBZ though this is Meena Bazaar another Brother's outlet. I have been buying from then too since last 35 years when they opened their outlet at Lajpat Nagar as I used to go with my Aunty who used to visit them for their exclusive saree collection. Whenever she used to come to India from London she used to buy Sarees from them and as a college student I used to be an admirer of their collection though most of my collection are from MBZ few of them are from Meena Bazar also Both MBZ and Meena Bazaar are known for their exclusive collection.

Good collection of sarees and lady dress materials. Small collection of jewellery too is available. Located in Vegas Mall, Sector 14, Dwarka is good for shopping.

Good collection but prices are a little bit on higher side.

We were disappointed after purchase of 3 items with prices of Rs. 15780/- for weddings purpose as they are not having proper packing box for sarees for gifting. This has happened twice within a month. Despite request for 4 days, they were not able to arrange the boxes.

It was nice experience as always. We do most of the shopping from Meena Bazar due to variety of sarees and suits.

Pathetic service while returning and exchanging. False promise given while selling that they’ll adjust the size of the product. Never going to opt such negligent brand.
