Loved the location, just by the road side. And also the store inside looks good, all modicare products are available. And you can buy non modicare products as well, it's worth it because you get points for buying those products as well. 👌👌

The store is good for members as well as the walk in customers.
They have 70% of the modicare products available with multiple other brand products. Simple store with decent variety.

Limited variety of products are available but service is pathetic. They do nothing except taking money. You have to do everything once you've paid. They don't have a jute or any other bag. They have a box but that's not an issue. You have to grab the box on your own scattered outside the store. Then transfer the products you bought and also seal the box all on your own. I don't what are they for. This is not what I expect at least. I have never experienced this in any supermarket or store.

Irresponsible staff...
Manager is arrogant, thinks that he owns the company... Always talking on phone, a complete chatter box... Hence, the staff becomes careless...
Maximum time, 2 or 3 staff is missing from the counter... Specially the girl staff... Might be due to support of manager...
Out of 3 POS, only 2 POS works at any given point of time, even if, there is line of people waiting for billing.. Then, what's the point deploying 3 POS.. If they can't operate simultaneously..
In all, total downfall of brand, if the face of the company is like this...
Anyways MODICARE feels arrogant, coz of its background companies support...
But remember AMWAY fall... Some lessons are meant to be learnt... Or history repeats itself...

Every time when I visited some of the products is not available. I told you my personal story One day I bought the cream after reaching home when I open the box of cream, the cream is in very bad condition when I went to the store first the store manager behaved very rudely instead of taking responsibility for the product, he tries to prove that It was my mistake what he says "people like you first buy a new product from here and at home change the product with old one". seriously this kind of behavior of a manager against the team member I wanted to give 1 star but as a loyal team member of team udaan (modicare network) I choose to give 2 star.
