I just want to correct you, you should have used "why" in place of what. Than only that sentence will make any sense.

Market of khoksaha has been progressing. This market has automobile, sweet corner, chandra तारा market and other companies

Not much modern but more rural. What much can you expect from a rural market.

It is very good place
In this place have 1patrol pum
Honda showroom, hero showroom
Tvs showroom and many shop of sweets

It is a short market with few shops. There is no hotel to stay, although hotels to eat food are there. Barber shop, pan shop, sweets and hero bike showroom, furniture showroom.
