Biggest scam is going on here.the salesman will explain u features which is not in the product just to sell product easily.i saw there was previous comment of same problem a customer faced.but when i suffered i am writing this.they can make any fake commitment to sell the product.
They think people of katihar are fool n they can cheat them.person who sold n explained abt product he said this is convertible ac of 1.5 ton n if u need more cooling it can b converted to 2 ton which feature was not actually there.
There should b zero star option.

The first priority for any customer is naturally the behavior of shopkeeper or salesman of the shop but unfortunately it is totally missing here, full of criticism about other products over their own products with very less knowledge.

Good experience but buy things carefully
