Collection is ok but less :) Good for nearby people !!

One of the best quality wise shoes available here. You will also get discount here. The prices are quite high but it is worth buying. It is located near to main market area of Lanka. Lots of varieties of shoes and slippers are also there. Online payment also accepted. The infrastructure is awesome and is fully air conditioned.

The showroom is decent. They stock almost all the collection that Bata has to offer. The staff is helpful. The offers and schemes are pretty much useless and have no value to offer to the shopper. If you are going for some free schemes, avoid. If you are going to buy without considering offers and schemes, then you won't be disappointed.

They don't tell about the return policy and when you go to exchange the no. They say we tell about that.. very bad experience of communication there

Store manager doesn't allow to see the shoes online. Is it a policy at bata stores. Also the prices are very high and on MRP even when there a sale on bata website.

Collection is huge, a lot of varieties is available in men as well as women section. You can try whatever you want. As per brand value, the prices are little bit high than other footwear but no issues with quality. Cash, card, UPI are available.

Good service but product is not long lasting.
Mostly they give you 90 days 1-time replacement policy.

Slow and inefficient service, took me 30 mins to buy a single pair even though the shop was almost empty
