The Best......Gaddi Tata di and Jutti Bata di.....chalen saalon saal. Best leather shoes for official use. Bought 1 pair and it's so much comfortable that my ankle pain n swelling subsided. BTW their bathroom chappal are also great, bought 2 pairs. Non slippery, comfortable, soft, it fits your feet like it's custom made for it.

Poor customer handling, the man on counter is so rude and impatient that he will kick you literally hard if you don't buy shoes or leave shop.

Charged Rs 5 extra for carry bag even after Bata losing a consumer court battle 2 years back somewhere in India which was headline news then.

Not recommended Bata Store in Ludhiana.
