I bought Redtape sneakers from outlet bhucho. I wear that shoes only 7-8 time in 16 days of buying. And that was broken from sides . Can you replace them sir . I have box and bill .

I bought Redptabe Shoe (7) From Bathinda Online Redtape showroom in front of Shree Shyam Dhaba in November month between 25 to 30. Shoe s quality was this time very poor. Shoe pasting n sole was somehow damaged bcz of ur poor quality.
I talked head of that showroom he said u don't have bill so we can't replace it but can repair it.
I given them this pair to do repair or replace.
They taken almost 10 days till now
Neither replaced nor repaired.
I always prefer redtape brand in Shoe
But now
Bcz of ur poor quality and dealings
U compelled me to think beyond redtape

I have purchased t shirt Light colour melange whose HSN Code is 6105 on dated 04-04-2021 but i am very dissatisfied because I am wearing once in a week and thread are coming from that t shirt.
