Woodland Thane Naupada

It's a great shop with varied types of Shoes,Sandals,Jackets,Belts and wallets. It includes both gents and ladies section. Staff is very cooperative, infact in my case first bought shoe was not fitting well due to wrong number selection, however staff replaced it with new shoes without even complaining. Shop is open for all days.

Worst customer experience I have seen in years.
It seems like they are not interested in business anymore.
Extremely rude behavior from the staff.

Won't recommend buying from this shop.

Somehow very expensive formal shoes not worth buying at that price. Quality isn't lasting as for casual. Better option available at that price.

Awesome place for Reliable shoes

Nicely located outlet for convenience. It has variety of shoes and garments also accessories like belts bags.. worth vist.. well displayed products to choose from with best co ordinating staff.

Really bad experience with them. Not at all professional behaviour from the representatives.

In this digital world you people are asking for paper bill. So why you are taking customers contact numbers? I am paying for the quality product and service. So you should keep the digital bill as well.

Afterall no help from them. Please don't purchase sport shoes as well very bad experience. No genuine products. We are regular customer but now in line three product got defective.

Its overall disappointment and would prefer online products hensforth. Rally disappppppppppppoooointing.

Really bad experience with the woodland shop at Naupada, Thane. I brought sandle and within 2 months it's belt is unsealed.

Can't believe that it's woodland. And very important thing when I visited the shop they even not ready to provide online bill. So why they are taking our contact numbers? Don't they have record of the customer or the product they sell? Of course it's my mistake that I didn't kept my bill... But definitely it's woodland so they should have keep record as well it's digital world after all and who keeps paper bill? Or they should have sent the mail.

At last i didn't get any positive response from their representative and I felt it's all duplicate. And they are making people fool.

The way they are talking it's like they are selling the local product. Really bad experience and I would suggest online shopping is going to boom only because such things. No genuine products are available in the shops.
