Bata

Hi,
I had purchased an all weather sandal from Bata on Saturday 9th July 2022.

When I used the product today morning, to my dismay it got spoilt on the 1st use itself!

The quality of your shoes are horrible, and your prices aren't all that cheap considering such horrid quality!

When I asked the sales person whether the shoes were all weather shoes they said that it can be used in the monsoons also but on 1st use it got spoilt!

If you would have spent even half of the money you spend in marketing, on improving your product quality, you wouldn't have to spend so much on marketing it!

Very very disappointed

I bought Naturalizer boots in a best deal. Every time the sales team of young girls and boys are attentive. They are really helpful and cheerful though tired taking care of enormous crowd during weekends. They have good knowledge regarding the quality and sizes. The store has good variety but regular sizes get sold too soon, at such times they help regarding home delivery direct from the brand store.

Good and big place. Lot of options for Bata users to choose from. I have been waiting to get myself a pair of shoes for a long time and there was offer recently which saved me 1000 rupees. Shoes MRP is 3500 and I got it for 2450!! Staff is also helpful. I bought Hush puppies formal shoes this time and since I saved a bit got a fancy casual sleeper as well.

The shop offers plenty of products, even if not alwsys the quality matches the price. I like the Power line shoes as they fit my criteria of choice, but because I am very straight when it comes to choose a pair of shoes, this will be not my first coice.

Best experience in Bata inside the Viviana mall . Vishwajeet is the salesman who guided and recommended the comfortable pairs for us . Great thanks to these guy for making Bata proud of it

Very spacious.
Lot of variety available for men’s , women’s & kids .
Bata & other brands like scholl , North Star hush puppies available.
All good options in reasonable pricing .
Staff is ok , sometimes they will help , sometimes won’t .

This is a relatively bigger Bata store in viviana mall. Left empty handed as no sales person was available to help us select/buy shoes. The sales staff is least bothered about making any sales. They just moving around to avoid helping out customers and too busy chit chatting among themselves. After spending 20min i decided to walk out. One shop i will never step into again. Absolute waste of time. Better try out shops around Naupada area.

I loved the collection and the discounts bata gives.. shop is spacious and you can see every variety of footwear also with discounts. I recently bought a pair for my onepiece dress. I loved it.
