I always purchase from Bata in pune with or without discount/ sale. But this time I was in satara with my mother to buy her shoes. But to my surprise sales lady was not that attentive. She did not bother to suggest anything to my mother I had to show shoes to my mother. Guess what I had a great experience shopping at bata in pune , kochi, banglore. Bata is a brand with well trained staff, customer feels welcome. But I guess same showroom in satara is an exception. I had shopped twice in same showroom though. Same experience but it was disappointed as I wanted to buy shoes for my mother..
