The Cai Store - Head Office

I bought a pair of heels 2 weeks ago and I got it for Rs 2599 without any discount. Now they have a sale going on and they have increased the prices of the footwears. The same heels you would be getting at Rs 2699 after the discount. Please do not fool your customers.

Bought 3 pairs of foot wear. All broke one after another with a few wears. Very bad quality. The soles come off so easily. You are better off buying shoes on the street, they will probably last longer.

I initially ordered footwear from the online store however those were not looking good on me. So I called up the customer care and they told me that I can try on some pairs at the store in Palladium mall. The team was very warm and helped me with choosing the right pair.

Don't buy from them! I ordered a pair of flats from them they called me to let me know they were no longer available and refusing a refund. They also promised a call back TWICE but both times I had to call them and now they're a no response. Literal THIEVES. They still have my money and I don't have a refund or a credit note.

My experience with CAI was amazing.

Pathetic footwear.Don't suggest anybody to buy it. The sole came out within 2 weeks and i got major shoe bite too. Contacted the team for an exchange but nobody bothered to help me out. Don't buy footwear from there, it's a scam.

Cai is my go-to footwear brand. The heels are absolutely gorgeous and my feet loves them because they're extremely comfortable. I have danced 5 hours straight wearing super high heels from Cai and my feet didn't even itch!
Their customer support, and every single person working with Cai are very helpful. I loved their spontaneity to replace my bridal heels, delivering them on time.
Cai has proved to be my saviour, once again! ✨

One of the best brands I have tried so far. It is very comfortable. I ordered 6 of them and it is just awesome. The quality, the comfort is top class. This is the first brand which did not give me any shoe bites. I would totally recommend any of their collection.
