Store people try not to register a complaint for defective product, they try to linger the status so that time period is over and complaint is not valid after 3 months

I have been there to this store during sale time and normally also. This store has both the times somewhat seems dead and low ,when you ask for the required stuff they either don't have or it is out of stock,since I stopped visting this store. It is located nicely and the size is also ok.
