Place is excellent for women footwear and accessories. Limited collection for men. Price is right compared to other such outlets. Customer service depends on mood of the moment.

Branded shop of Mochi Shoes. Location in Belgaum city is also easily accessible. Good variety shoes/chappals for gents/ladies/ children are available here. Display of shoes is good.

Worst service ever I must say! Just after wearing the sandals for 1 week the upper fabric was tearing apart, I went to return/exchange. It's been more than two weeks now till now they have not contacted me or updated me. I have called their showroom multiple times but they pretend they don't remember, then they will say they will see n call back. When they want to sale they were behind you n once sold they don't remember their defective shoes n there duty to take responsibility to replace them. I request not to go to this showroom, I don't want to give them eve 1 star . Zero will suit them.
