Horrible exp. The shoe seller doesn't even know the material of the shoes nor how to move with customer. The Manager and Asst Manager are so arrogant and They don't know whether their own shoes are leather or pu synthetic or any other. Don't waste your time in this shop.

Un professional staff especially the asst Manager. They are not for any customer focused. So bad tge attitude is you will feel not yo visit BATA Again in your life

If I can summarise the over all experience, the 1 star is a rich. It’s an absolute filthy shopping experience.

I made a purchase of around 7k assuming the Indian brand has its value , but with In few days of usage the shoes sole complete opened up . As usual Rachel out to the shop and the guy who manages the shop was rude and shows lot of head weight .

Overall , it’s filthy experience .absolute cheaters and an awful experience

Spacious and easily approachable showroom in Yelahanka New Town area..Not much varities for kids and ladies.. moreover no discounts being offered . One has to buy at MRP only .

Very high price.
No one attend or help to customer..

Feel like it's Fake

Very lazy staff, very shabby don't have good collection not people are attentive here.

The collection were less compared to online. Not sure they had other collection in their godown. But the salesman explained pros and cons of each product we desired to buy. Finally went for leather formals and purchased. Bata is well known for its quality and durability. But the price range can be budget friendly according to me.

I have brought a sandal for my 2 weeks ago, she wore once last week for a dinner . After coming home we have noticed the leatherette started peeling off. I have given to Bata Show room today, let me see what is out come.

Today when I went to show this to showroom , the manager who was handling this was harsh.

I was purchasing products from Bata from my childhood may be 40yrs now. First time I have experienced something like this, I guess some old unsold items were sold to us.

Hope this message will reach Bata high Official and they will check processes to keep up their brand.
