Affordable & a wide range of footwear to choose from. The leather collection is excellent, quality is maintained, you also get great durability. The sports collection is also good but in terms of durability, if you are a regular sportswear user, it's not that good. The collection for the youth is not that good, Bata is nice for mature collection only.

The store is good, however the service is lackluster. They are not enthusiastic when the customer enters. They don't have sizes available in many of the displayed items and only suggest that it might be available online. The quality of products is good, however promptness is what is lacking. Hence 3 stars.
