I purchased these 2 months ago from bata. Within 2 hours the design was fading. They asked me to come after 2 months so by that time there will be new stock and I can exchange it. And they told me only photo of the bill will be sufficient at the time of exchange, No need to bring the physical copy of the bill.
Now after two months when I came to exchange they told me that I have to submit them original copy of the bill and not the photo. And there was also the same old stock.
Service was not good.
Not trustworthy.
