Malvan Family Restaurant

Had lunch there and here is my review.
1) The quantity of Thali and its price is quite good but the taste was horrible.
2) The solkadhi was not good, the coconut used had already gone bad so didn't have it at all.
3) Had ordered Surmai Thali and Prawns Thali, both had fish fry items, the batter had absolutely no salt .. the surmai fry was soggy and didn't taste good at all.
4) The egg curry ordered was ok so just ate the rice with that curry
5) Prawns chilly was ok

All in all a bad experience. Won't recommend.

01. The food is good and is able to appeal to a wide range of people.

02. The staff doesn't seem very professional since they can't properly track your orders. They might forget your order or cause a delay in delivering it.

03. The kitchen looks dirty and unhygenic. I really don't understand why a restaurant of all things would neglect this.

Found a Seafood Restaurant which serve excellent quality of authentic Malvani and Konkani food. Had their special fish thali and it was damn good. Please do visit.

Oh my god! This place is amazingly awesome for food lovers; i must say you get that pure authentic flavour of malvan & maharastrian food. Here i have tried crab thali & kombadi wade which was simply great. Crab was nicely cooked & marinated in the thick & spicy gravy.kombadi will give you the taste of kokan. Wishing you all the best malvan hotel.😍👍

It was worth visiting malvan restaurant. Awesome taste, great hospitality, host were polite and decent. Working staff were neat and clean. Overall it was worth for pocket also😊😊
