This junction is main one where it separates Thandrampet, Chengam/Bangalore road from busy market but there is no proper traffic assistance nearby. Though it's main junction where people going towards government hospital, Ramanasramam and girivalam road, no / lesser traffic regulation here. Pedestrians to be too cautious while approaching this junction.

One of the main junction in Tiruvannamalai town, Also known as Chengam bus stop because of the local districkt buses ( town bus ) through the route of Chengam all arrives here... And it's also known as old Government hospital...
