The Dhyana Buddha is a statue of Gautama Buddha seated in a meditative posture located in Amaravathi of Andhra Pradesh, India. Completed in 2015, the statue is 125 ft tall and is situated on a 4.5-acre site on the banks of the Krishna river.

Wonderful Buddha statue.
Entry fee 20/-

Calm and neat place, as it should be.😎

You can go inside of the statue house.

Beautiful inscriptions on the wall which portray the life of Buddha.

Good place to take photos 📷

Near to the Amareswara temple.

Museum and Buddhist Stupa are at walking distance from here.

Beautiful place, but like other attractions in Andhra, this too suffers from lot of neglect. The approach road is narrow and crowded. There is parking available on the road adjacent to the statue. Inside is clean, neat, so decent place to eat around. There is beautiful Kashi like ghat nearby but it looks neglected.
