In very poor condition. You can collect degree or apply from here. Building is about 50-60 years old. Sometime they also take money for degree . It is in very pathetic condition. HEMVATI NANDAN BAHUGUNA GARHWAL UNIVERSITY is a centre university and here is no security procided to vigil tge documents.

People at this office are just like other govt employee, they will not give u any solutions. They will just tell you go there and u find solutions , what a waste , every time I got to them for some help they will always disappoint ..

The government is a old dilapidated building. The staff there is very good. Work is done peacefully. This office has been made out of the city here. It is probably too old. It is in a street.

Location is exactly correct, staff is good, but the building requiere maintenance. Here you can apply for many documents related to HNB University.
