B.N. Central Public School

Two enlightened and highly dedicated souls residing in commercial Capital of India, Mumbai, felt the need of a big leap for Deoria and decided to upgrade and improve the quality of education in the region and that is when in the year 1990, this wonderful abode of learning came into being. The school operates under the aegis of B.N. Foundation, a not-for-profit Registered Society. Shri Neeraj Mani is the honourable Secretary of the Society and he along with the Chief Mentor of the school, Smt. Anita Mani has put his heart and soul in the school to turn it into one of the finest educational institutions in the region.

It was a modest beginning with handful students, but with dedication, new concepts, quality and individual attention, the name grew and turned into a progressive educational brand in due course. Today, the school has a wide alumni base and many of them are doing really well in different professional realms.

The school is strategically located and is only half-a-kilometre from Interstate Bus Stand, around 1.5 kilometres from Deoria Railway Station and is situated right opposite Civil Lines where several government officials of the district reside, which makes it highly accessible and safe. Moreover, the school is manned by trained security personnel and is under round-the-clock CCTV surveillance which adds more layers to its safety and security. The campus size is not that huge, but the space management is inspiring and optimum and no inch of land has been left less utilized.

The school is affiliated to U.P. Board and grades offered are from Playgroup to Grade X. The results have been exceptional right from the beginning. It is not only confined to academics, but co-curricular activities as well. These splendid performances are a reflection, in fact, outcomes of tireless and continuous efforts of teachers and students under the able-leadership of Smt. Anita Mani. Effective communication skills has always been a barrier in the region that acts as a stumbling block for the aspirants to grow and achieve desired heights, but B.N. Public School has made sincere attempt to break those shackles and the students converse with teachers and amongst each other in the Universal language quite comfortably and confidently. The school arranges for and organizes several workshops and interactive sessions with legends from various walks of life for teachers and students in order to provide them adequate exposure in such ever-changing times.

If i talk of amenities, the school has well-equipped laboratories, a fully functional modern computer laboratory, a well-stocked library and school vehicles in excellent condition which are manned and operated by highly experienced and well-groomed drivers and conductors. The school follows all safety norms and guidelines inside the school premises and in the school buses as well. Those availing school bus service is optional, the school encourages students to use it for their safety and security.

Smt. Anita Mani has a team of highly experienced, devoted and loyal teachers who adopt and involve various pedagogical approaches so that students learn and understand effectively and appropriately. Further, the school encourages and prepares students to participate in a host of co-curricular events within the school and outside as well. What is encouraging and adulating is the fact that the students bring laurels to the school with their exceptional performances at various fronts.

The school has various active Co-curricular clubs and Smt. Mani ensures that a balance is maintained between academics and co-scholastic activities including sports. As there is no playground within the campus, the students are sent to the stadium under guidance and vigil of Physical Education teacher, coaches and teachers.

Every teacher at the school builds a splendid connection with her/his class students and it helps in understanding the students better and customized effective techniques are used to encourage and support them to grow further and better.

I still remember my days at B.N. as I learned so much over a period of time. Years passed by and my personality improved manifold. I gained a lot from the school and I wish to thank our respected Principal for all her efforts.

I personally feel the school cares a lot for the children. Honourable Principal Ma'am is herself very concerned about the health, and well being of her students. The teachers take extra efforts and provide experiencal learning to its students.

I am a proud product of this wonderful school. I learnt volumes here and the kind of experiences I gained and knowledge I acquired turned me confident, bold and sensible. I am thankful to all my teachers especially Anita Ma'am, our loved Principal.
