" BEST SCHOOL IN THE REGION " .
I, being a tensed parent of 12 std student in your college, would like to highlight few miss happenings at your college. These are not only causing trouble to my child but also shattering her self-confidence. We are in such a position now that we deeply regretting our decision of admitting our child in “career making time-commerce” in your college. Though conditions are not favourable enough since the joining to get career boost, we waited hoping that things will improve. However, time since earlier principal was retired things became bad to worse. Especially, your computer faculty approach towards students are very unfortunate and intolerable. We believe, Teacher’s role is to pass on the knowledge and nurture the students to become great personalities and assets to country. Instead of motivating them he/she demoralises them by saying that you are useless in comparison to science students etc etc. Also threatens about holding marks in practical’sif they don’t follow whatever he/she says. To get away from this psychological torture, many students opted out of computer subject in 12th Commerce. Being a teacher it is really a shameful situation that students are unwilling to take up the subject. Even in such a critical condition, when students are trying to deliver their best, management has given another blow by terminating one good teacher with whom they are having good rapport. This gentle man has been giving his best and students are consistently getting good marks in the subject. We are unable to understand when the board exams are very nearby what makes the management to take such an extreme action? is it not the against the future of students? Is the faculty so intolerable that Management can’t even think of retaining him till the completion of board exams? These are million dollar questions for which we seek answers from your end. Our children have certain aspirations and joined in your organization with a great hope to full fill their dreams. Unfortunately, it turned out as biggest mistake in their life as Management is least bothered about the future of students. Instead we strongly feel, Management is keen in playing dirty politics rather than taking steps to improve the standard of the college. Many students have joined after getting very good grades in 10th std. As we lost confidence and lost hope on betterment, we are worrying now that can they maintain their previous standard? As you are well aware of the fact that 12 the standard is very crucial and very important for making a bright future. .It is deciding year for students & Scoring low in class 12th means cutting down many Opportunities .
It’s your moral responsibility to take a note of it and ensure all necessary steps to safeguard the same. In fact, CBSE board and education ministry should have proper mechanism to monitor the performance of colleges/schools after giving affiliation so as to safeguard the future of the students. I hope you understand our situation and act accordingly. If not, I may be compelled to take this issue to the board and seek justice.
Management do not listen to the student and has worst management they only do what they think is right
