St. Peter's College

St.Peter's College, is one of the oldest convent school in India. It is a Minority Anglo-India christian. Institution granted Minority Rights under Article 30 of the Indian constitution. It is located in to the east of Paliwal Park and opposite the commercial district of Sanjay Place. The campus is approximately 50 acres (200,000 m2) and is one of the largest school campuses in Agra. The school is accredited under the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education(ICSE) board for grade 10th and under the Indian School Certificate(ISC) board for grade 12
Founded in the year 1846, St. Peter's College, Agra is one of the oldest convent schools in India. The students are commonly referred to as Peterians. It is a Roman CatholicInstitution granted Minority Rights under Article 30 of the Indian Constitution. It is located east of Paliwal Park and opposite the commercial district of Sanjay Place on Wazirpura roadm, Agra. The school is accredited under the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education board for grade 10th and under the Indian School Certificate board for Grade 12. In the 2006 ISC exams, a student of the school ranked first in India with 98.25% marks.

It is a very good school. I think it is one of the best school in Agra with so much students studying in it. It was established in 1846. It is so old school but still it looks very young. The teachers are very good here teaching the students with all there might. I hope that you will like this place.

Everything is nice and perfect in this school. The college staff is sweet and funny except some strict teachers . I hate just one thing i.e. there is no canteen in the school which eas there before. Lots of fun activites are there to do and many competitions too .Perfect school

St. Peter’s College, Agra, founded in 1846, is an unaided Christian Minority Institution owned by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Agra education society, Wazirpura, Road, Agra, a Registered Charitable and Educational Society and is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi.

St. Peter’s College is one of the oldest institutions of its kind in the country. It began as a Boarding School in 1841 and was transferred to its present building in 1846 which has been accepted as the founding year of the school.

Since the First war of Independence in 1857, St. Peter’s College has stood as a witness to the freedom struggle and to the changes that have taken place since then. The College had achieved such prominence by 1870 that the then visiting Inspector wrote in his report that it would “bear no unfavorable comparison with the best institutions of a similar kind in England and Europe.

In one line we can sum up about St Peter's is fabulous.Celebrating 175 years it's a school of national repute.Lush green playgrounds,lawn tennis court,swimming pool,basketball court, football ground,Auditoriums.

Its my school so obviously its good but anyways its the best school in the whole of Agra It just completed its 175 years which is just awesome
