The environment is quite peaceful.staffs are well-mannered, especially Latika mishra Ma'am.I am pursuing BA and in my final year i was little confused about the procedure of subject change but she explained me clearly about it.. thank you all the staffs..

Myself P.Swqgatika from phulbani I have completed my MA in English in the year 2013 at that time phulbani IGNOU was under Koraput region . After completion of my MA they didn't invite me for any convocation to certify me .As my batchmates got their certificate but I was told to wait . After that they told me to send draft to Koraput regional centre and I sent draft they told me that your certificate is here once we got the draft will send the certificate . They received my draft I talked over phone and told me that they will give my certificate but I didn't get yet it's already three years gone .I have called several times but no response from them can anyone there do help me to get my certificate.I need it.
