One of the great educational institutions in the premises on Kasargod Town. It is located on chemnad grama panchayat. School is situated near the state highway. The governing body of school is Chemnad Jamaath Committee headed by Mr C T Ahmed Ali, former Mla and minister.

CJHSS have classes from high school section to higher secondary section, that is 8th standard to 12th standard with both Malayalam medium and English medium. Have many seats for each classes in high school section. And also in higher secondary section they have specialised in Commerce, Biology science, computer science and humanities. Commerce and Biology science having 120 seats each and Computer science and humanities having 60 seats each in the section.
