Its not just a school, it's a hub for learning, a family just on a bigger scale. Any good teacher knows how important it is to connect with students and understand the culture of student life, which is what teachers in Riverside do. When it comes to students, they have initiative; they're not mere imitators. They learn to think and act for themselves - and be free.

Riverside has it all and I'm proud to be a part of this family. If there was one thing I learned form being a student in here, is to say I CAN.

I am a student at EDII, recently I have visited this Riverside school which was really mesmerized me a lot, the students at riverside school are really smart and they are getting educated with a openness and sensitiveness towards life.

If I could get a chance, I want to start my schooling back hear at riverside.

2 stars for the best teaching method & the best environment. Now coming to the point, i have visited this school. Frankly the most important thing is discipline which is not there among students. School failed to maintain discipline totally. Second thing there must be a thin line between students & teacher which is not there so school failed to maintain the cultural values. Third thing teachers don't tell anything to students related to their behaviour, words, and all stuffs related to discipline which is totally wrong for future generation & i have personally experienced it there. Fourth thing teachers understand themselves the best which defines their ego & attitude. They just welcome you in the best way but from inner side their attitude & ego is the worst. Think 100 times before you put your child there. Riverside has to improve lots of things.

Recently had the bad luck of visiting the place. The moment you enter the premises you are rudely attended by the faculty who is incharge. The tour given by the students is appeciated but doesn't helps one in any way or other, lacking any indepth information about the place. Its suprising that inspite of receiving such education the students are unable to answer basic questions about themselves. Wished that the faculty members were more kinder and humble and genuinely interested in showing the visitors around.

As an ex staff member, I had the privilege of observing the school from within. They really do walk the talk. Their main focus is on building the character of the child. They want to create great leaders. It's always Children first at Riverside. And the number of activities is astonishing. It makes a lot of work for the teacher but it's a fantastic learning experience for the kids. If I had small children, I would definitely want them to grow up at Riverside. Yes I used 'grow up' bc The Riverside School does a better job at parenting than most modern parents.

This is a very unique school. Make sure you understand their methodology before enrolling your child. If your child in 1st grade and you are already pushing/envisaging him/her cracking the JEE and becoming an engineer (or doctor or CA or whatever) or studying 18 hours a day to become a ranker in the board exam; this school is most definitely not for you. I know all parents think that they are definitely not this type of "tiger" parent but will sulk if their neighbor's child scores more than their child, so make sure you dig deep into your own psyche. (I say this with no ill will against parents who superimpose their own ambitions on their children; different people have different mindsets and priorities, and many in India have to rely on their children to move up the social/economic strata.)

I'm also not trying to say that their curriculum is easy, or kids who graduate from here don't rank well or become doctors; they overwhelmingly do, but I feel they prioritize other things besides teaching kids how to pass exams, which seems to be the goal of many of the schools. Their methodology is very liberal, with a mindset that every child is different and he/she should be raised as a happy, high functioning, and empathetic member of society; and a child becoming an artist or journalist is just as acceptable as anything else. Overall, I think their goal is for the child to be happy in their own skin, if that makes sense.

All things considered, my kids are super happy at Riverside and my wife and I have zero regrets enrolling them at Riverside. Now just hoping for covid to end so they can go back to physical school!

This is a wonderful place snd amazing people to be with. The richness in culture that the school follows is the best part. It truly prepares us to face the challenges and learn about the best of each ones potential.
